Kyle and his wife are great to deal with and follow up on every thing and answer there phone. And call you back with zero Drama and b..l sh.t they are how it should be but hard to find now days.

We were not getting any signal on our tv for dish. Called the 1-800 number and they said that nobody could come out and look at it until February 3. I called Kyle for DTV pros and he told me he would be out the next day first thing in the morning. He came out and within no time he knew what the problem was and had it fixed within 10 minutes.
